Your photos are used only to evaluate and create your custom product request.

What we collect

We store your messages, uploaded reference images, generated concepts, product specifications, detected language, an English summary, and the email you provide when asking for manufacturing review. We use a random visitor cookie to measure the creation funnel and prevent abuse. There are no advertising cookies.

If you use our contact form, we store your name, email and message to respond to your inquiry, and send it privately to our administrator through Resend. You can request deletion using the contact form.

How your information is used

Your text and relevant images are sent to OpenAI to understand your request and create concepts. Requests are configured not to store Responses API conversation state with OpenAI. Provider security and abuse-prevention retention may still apply under the provider’s policies. Supabase stores request data and private images. Cloudflare serves the site and verifies requests. Resend sends necessary request notifications.

Private by default

Uploads and concepts are not public, are not added to a gallery, and are not sold to advertisers. Authorized staff may review your request. Necessary design and production specifications may be shared with a manufacturing supplier when evaluating or fulfilling your request. Supplier costs and internal notes stay internal.

Your private link

You do not need a customer account. A secure return link grants access to your request. Keep it private: anyone holding it can view or delete that request. Email verification is required before a request enters manufacturing review.

Deletion and retention

Use “Delete request & images” on your request page to delete its uploaded and generated images, conversation, quote, and request data from active storage. If you have lost access, contact hello@superstores.com from the verified customer address. Pending requests remain available until deleted; infrastructure backups and provider logs may retain limited copies according to provider retention policies. Security logs do not intentionally contain your photos or message content.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, corrections, or deletion by email. Only upload images and designs you have permission to use. Please avoid identity documents, financial information and other unnecessary sensitive information. Cookies used here are essential for secure request access and basic first-party measurement.
